3 packages frozen broccoli
2 eggs
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon onion; chopped
1 sleeve (tube) Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine or butter
Cook broccoli as directed on package. Beat eggs. Add eggs, soup, cheese, mayo, onion and cracker to drained broccoli. Melt margarine in baking dish and pour other ingredients in the pan on top of the butter.
Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
