2 cans white hominy, drained
1 can yellow hominy, drained
1 pound American cheese, cubed
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
Mix all ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Cook 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven, stirring halfway though cooking.
OR, you can microwave on medium-high for 6 minutes; stir and then cook another 6 minutes.
