2 large onions, chopped or sliced
2 tablespoons butter
1 (8oz) carton whipping cream
2 eggs
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cook onions in butter about 5 to 7 minutes until tender. Mix whipping cream, eggs and Parmesan cheese. Beat with folk thoroughly. Put cooked onions in a baking dish and pour cream mixture over onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Spinkle with more Parmesan
cheese on top of casserole before you serve.
