I can of tuna in water, drained
1 egg boiled for 15 minutes, shelled and chopped finely
1/3 cup chopped onion
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish or 1/3 cup chopped dill pickles depending on your taste preference.
1/4 cup mayo or salad dressing (I like mayo better) I also put mayo on my bread slices so I don't have to make the tuna salad too runny.

Drain tuna well. Flake tuna with a folk breaking up pieces. Add egg, pickles and mayo and mix well. Chill until ready to serve.

TIP: This is enough to make 4 sandwiches or can be eaten with crackers or in tomatoes split in quarters with the center part removed.

HINT: You can add a little chopped celery or green olives to your liking. I personally would rather have my tuna salad plain and simple.
