Entire Cookbook

Someone emailed this to me and it is supposedly a cookbook that was leaked onto the internet by the guy's puplishing company. After checking that story, it turns out that it's just some sort of elaborate hoax that no one can figure out why someone would go through all the trouble of creating this 'fake' cookbook. All I can say, is it's a nicely done fake.
