Just as I figured, you are always a day late and a dollar short. ha ha ha

The other day I was lazy...well actually pretty sick but still had to cook. I cut 2 chicken breast up in 1 inch pieces and browned lightly in a small amount of olive oil, with salt and pepper. Then I opened a bag of frozen peppers and onions for stir fry (it cost a dollar) and put 1/2 of the bag in the chicken and cooked as directed. I mixed some soy sauce, brown sugar, a tablespoon of left over coffee and some wochestershire sauce until it taste slightly sweet yet chinese and mixed it in with the peppers/onions and chicken and cooked a couple minutes. Then I put it over white rice I had been cooking in the boil bag for 10 minutes and we had a meal. It was not half bad.

I have named it Jean's lazy day chinese.
