1 head cabbage, wedged
11/2 to 2 lb. ground meat
1 lb. link sausage (Zummo Party Time, if available in your area) sliced into 1/4 in. pieces
1 small onion, chopped
2 can Rotel Tomatoes
In large pot simmer cabbage, onion, sausage, and tomatoes.
Salt and pepper ground meat and form into small meatballs, brown in skillet, then add to cabbage pot.
Simmer until cabbage reaches desired doneness.
