"My sister could NEVER make a decent pie crust, unitl I found this recipe for her."
1 & 1/2 cup plain flour
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Mix all ingredients in a 9" pie pan. Pat dough to fit pan. Flute edges.
Prick the bottom and sides with a fork before baking. Bake at 425 degrees for abot 10 - 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
