This is a German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake
1 1/2 cups of coconut
1 1/2 cups of chopped pecans
1 German Chocolate Cake Mix
1 1 pound box of powder sugar
8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
Mix coconut and pecans and spread in greased 9x13x2 inch pan. Mix cake mix per instructions on box and pour over coconut and pecans.
Mix powdered sugar, cream cheese and butter.
Put dabs of the cream cheese mixture over the cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes.
Take a piece of cardboard and cover with foil. After Cake as cooled for about 10 minutes, put the cardboard covered with the foil on top of the cake pan and turn cake over on it. Or use a large plate if you have one large enough. Now the coconut and pecans will be on top.
Serve plain or with ice cream.
