This is a great way to get rid of the last of a bottle of wine, or an excuse to open a new bottle.
1 package yellow cake mix
1 package vanilla instant pudding
1 teaspoon cinnamon
4 eggs, room temperature
3/4 cup port wine (White)
3/4 cup oil
Blend and mix all ingredients. Beat approximately 3 minutes or until smooth.
Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 55 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on wire rack. While still. warm either sprinkle with powdered sugar or drip with powdered sugar glaze.
GLAZE
About 4 heaping tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon milk
*1 tablespoon frozen orange juice concentrate
Mix well.
*Mix any type fruit juice with powdered sugar for the glaze.
