1 can of Eagle Brand type milk
4 eggs
2 cups HOT water
2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 teaspoon salt

Beat eggs. Add can milk to hot water and beat into the eggs. Add vanilla and salt; pour into a buttered dish.
Place dish in pan of hot water and bake in a 325 degree oven for 1 hour or until done. It will be light golden brown and a toothpick in center will come out clean.

This is so simple and a fairly low fat, dessert that isn't too sweet.
