2/3 cup sugar
2 cup water
2 small packages or 1 large of apricot jello
1 large package cream cheese
2 small cans of crushed pineapple
2 small jars of apricot baby food
1 small cool whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans
Mix sugar, water and jello. Bring to a boil and set aside to cool. In a bowl, blend until smooth, cream cheese and pineapple. Add apricot baby food. Fold into jello mixture, then fold in container of cool whip. Put in 9x13 dish; sprinkle with chopped pecans and refrigerate.
