1/4 teaspoon finely shredded lime peel
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
Dash ground nutmeg
1/4 cup salad oil
1 to 2 teaspoon chopped jalapeno
*combine lime peel, lime juice, honey and netmeg in blender
*With blender running , add salad oil in steady stream through opening in lid
*Add jalapeno pepper, blend just until combined
*Cover and chill
