1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup bottled chili sauce
2 tablespoon finely chopped fresh parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1/8 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 cup heavy cream (whipping cream)
*Whisk everything except cream
*Beat the cream in another bowl until it just holds soft peaks
*Fold into mayonnaise mixture gently but thoroughly
*Yeild: about 2 cups
