2 Boxes of Wild Rice Mix
Follow directions and cook WIld Rice according to package directions. After the Wild Rice is cooked,
mix in with the WIld Rice:
1 and 1/2 pounds cooked and crumbled Italian Sausage
One large chopped and sauted yellow onion
1 can minced (and cooked) clams
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 to 1.5 cups (measure raw) minced and sauted celery
2 cartons fresh, sliced and sauted mushrooms
serve as dressing. Bake in 350 degree oven for one hour if not using as turkey stuffing.

I had this as turkey stuffing in a great old Italian Restaurant in New York City and asked them for the recipe. They mailed it to me about a week later.
