This recipe is from my friend Marshall a fellow Astros fan.

Fresh Buns
package of hot dogs of your choice
Mild Cheddar Cheese
chopped onions (optional)
Wolf Brand Chili - No Beans
Miracle Whip or Mayo
Frenches Mustard
Aluminum Foil

Begin by boiling hot dogs and heating chili (do not add water)
Make "Boats" for the Coneys by tearing off about 10" strips of foil and folding them into boats. fold into three equal sections surrounding the bun and crimp and flatten the ends to keep them from rolling. Place on a cookie sheet so they don't leak. You can heat the buns in the microwave for 15 seconds before putting in the boats if you wish.
Spread Miracle Whip and Mustard onto buns and add cooked hot dogs. Top with about 1 tablespoon of chili. Top with chopped onions if desired. Add one slice of cheddar cheese.

Bake in 350 degree oven for about 5-7 minutes or until cheese is bubbling.

I know it sounds simple, but this makes the best hot dog anywhere.
