8 chicken breasts
1 bottle Russian salad dressing
1 small jar Apricot Preserves
1 envelope onion soup mix
Arrange chicken breast in bottom of 11x13 in Pyrex dish. Mix and heat other ingredients and pour over chicken.
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serve with rice.
