This is great to serve at parties if you have none drinking friends.
1 cup juice-packed canned peaches
2 tablespoon frozen pink lemonade concentrate
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 large egg white
1 cup crushed ice (6 to 8 large ice cubes)
Chill peaches in freezer until very cold. Add to blender container with lemonade,
lemon juice, egg white and crushed ice. Puree until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.
NOTE: If using ice cubes, crush them ahead of adding other mixture to blender.
