1 deep dish pie shell
1 8oz package cream cheese
1 tablespoon milk
1/8 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of almond extract
1 can cherry pie filling
1 can crushed pineapple
1 container Cool Whip
1 small can pineapple slices
Maraschino cherries for garnish
Bake pie shell until browned and set aside to cool. Soften cream cheese and mix with milk, almond extract
and sugar and spread 1/2 in bottom of pie shell. Spread cherry pie filling on top of cream cheese.
Drain chushed pineapple and mix with last half of cream cheese mixture. Drizzle this mixture over cherries.
Smooth Cool Whip on top, covering entire top of pie to edge of pie shell. Drain sliced pineapple and
arrange slices on top of Cool Whip. Place a maraschino cherry in the center of each pineapple ring.
Refrigerate to chill at least 1 hour before serving.
