THIS IS GREAT SERVED ON THE TABLE WITH GOOD QUALITY STEAKS
1 cup loosely packed fresh parsley
1 garlic clove or 1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 cup sliced pimiento-stuff green olives
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
Place parsley and garlic in mini food processor; pulse until finely chipped. Add olives, orange juice and oil.
Pulse just until combined. Sauce should still have some texture and not be smooth. (Sauce can also be prepared by hand)
Sauce can be made up to 1 day ahead, covered and refigerated.
Serve sauce on table for everyone to put on their steak.
