1 baked pie crust or graham crust
4 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 cup confectioners sugar
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup milk
8 oz. cool whip
1/4 cup chopped peanuts
In a med mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in confectioners sugar and peanut butter .
Slowly add milk, beating until smooth. Fold in cool whip and pour into crust.
Top with peanuts and freeze. Remove from freezer about 10 min. before serving.
Top with shaved chocolate or, use some of the hard shell chocolate on top and when you put it in the fridge,
it makes it like a Reeses cup. You can buy the hard shell topping with the other ice cream toppings.
Its the topping for ice cream that hardens up when it gets cold.
