1 can white hominy
2 pork chops
2 cups beef bouillon
1/2 teaspoon chili powder (to taste)
1/2 choped onion
1 crushed clove garlic
1 can red enchilida sauce -Old El Paso
1/2 cup of your favorite picante sauce
Cook pork chops. After throughly cooked, cut into cubes.
Drain hominy
Put all ingredients into a crock pot for 3 to 4 hours.
Serve with chopped onions, sour cream and shredded cheese on the side for people to add to the top of their chili.
