9 inch pie crust
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
1 egg beaten
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups finely chopped apples
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Bake pie crust at 350 degrees for 7 minutes. Cool. Mix sugar and flour. Stir in sour cream,
egg and vanilla and salt. Beat until smooth. Stir in apples and turn mixture into partially
baked crust. Bake 30 minutes until filling is almost set.
TOPPING:
1/2 cup sugar
6 Tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter
Blend topping ingredients until mixture crumbles. Spread on pie and bake an additional 10 minutes.
