USED WITH PERMISSION OF OSWALTSBABE
1/4 cup salad (I use Canola) oil
4 Tblsp lemon juice (concentrated is fine)
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Mix well, do not cook. Marinate 2 to 3 hours or overnight in refrigerator. Use with Beef, Lamb, Venison, Chicken, Halibut, Salmon, Bass, Red Snapper, Catfish, Shrimp, Scallops, Lobster.
This marinade is so awesome that people can't tell the difference between venison and beef if you refrigerate it overnight.
