This can be a low sugar sherbet by using Lite Eagle Brand milk and Diet strawberry soda. I use to serve it at the nursing home.
2 cans Eagle Brand type milk
2 small cartons frozen strawberries (defrosted and chopped)
2 bananas, mashed
2 liter bottle strawberry soda pop
Mix together and freeze in ice cream maker with ice and rock salt.
