This is so simple and for some reason my family thinks it is so good and they beg for one every time we get together.
It is almost embarrassing how simple it is.
1 pre-made graham cracker crust (or make your own)
2 cans of eagle brand type milk. I buy the store brands because they cost half as much as eagle brand.
lime or lemon juice in bottle (my family likes lime better)
Put milk in bowl and put in about 1/4 cup of juice and mix. Taste to see if you need to add more juice. I like mine tart, yet sweet. Pour into crust and cover with the plastic top from the pie turned upside down.
Depending on my mood I sometimes put cherry pie filling on top before serving, but plain is really good.
It is rich so cut small pieces.
