View Full Version : POTATO SALAD WITH FRENCH DRESSING

4 cups cooked cubed potatos
2 tablespoons sweet pickles - minced
1/4 cup French Dressing
1 cup chopped celery
2 Tablespoons minced pimento
3 Hard Boiled Eggs - chopped
2 Tablespoons parsley
1 Tablespoon mustard - you may use whichever type of mustard is your favorite
1/8 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons minced onions
1 cup sour cream
1/2 Tablespoon salt - I don't like salt and usually do not use it, so you may have to add more salt to taste.
Combine potatos, french dressing and sour cream. Chill one hour. Add other ingredients and mix lightly,
chill again and serve well chilled.
