1 small pkg. of UNFLAVORED gelatin
6 oz. cream cheese
1 cup raw minced celery
3 minced green onions
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup - undiluted
1 cup mayonnaise ( do not use Miracle Whip)
8 oz. crab meat
Dissolve gelatin in 3 Tablespoons water over LOW heat. When thickened, add soup, and warm.
Pour into a mold,but you may pour it into any decorative container, and then refrigerate overnight.
If you spray the container with Pam, the crab mold will fall right out when you invert it onto a serving plate.
Serve with your favorite crackers, or toast points.
