1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green onion
4 slices crisp bacon, crumbled.
2 tomatoes chopped
1 tablespoon mustard
1/2 cup mayo or salad dressing
1 package cornbread mix, cooked per directions
Crumble the cornbread; add remaining ingredients. Add mayo and toss well. Serves 8 to 10. Will stay fresh in the refrigerator
for a couple days for leftovers if you don't need this much all at once.
