RECIPE FURNISHED BY ROYOSFAN AND THE COMMENTS ARE HER'S. I have had people say "No thank you, I don't like rum." Then they taste one and have to have another,
then another, and another.
4 cups vanilla wafer crumbs
1/2 cup Rum of your choice - I always use a really good brand.
1/2 cup honey (if you spray your measuring cup with Pam before pouring in the honey to measure,
it will slide right out to pour into your recipe.)
1 pound finely minced or ground walnuts
1 cup finely chopped dates
Combine above ingredients. Form into little balls, the size is up to you - and roll each generously
in powdered sugar. Store in air tight container.
