THIS PIE IS THE FAVORITE OF SEVERAL ASTROS FANS YOU TRIED IT AFTER IT WAS POSTED.
One cooked pie crust or graham cracker crust
1 cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla or almond extract
1 large can of peaches in syrup (don't get low sugar)
1 8 oz carton of cool whip (don't get low fat)
cream cream cheese, sugar and extract together. Spread in bottom of pie shell.
Drain the peaches well.
Put the peach slices on top of the cream cheese one at a time to make a
sunflower type design, until all
are used. Put cool whip on top and put in frig for a couple hours to let the
flavors meld together.
