3 Tbsp. Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella Cheese Crumbles
3 Tbsp. chopped Spanish olives or to taste
1 loaf French bread (about 24 inches), cut lengthwise in half
Paprika
PREHEAT broiler.
Mix mayo, garlic powder, cheese and olives.
Spread mixture evenly onto cut surfaces of bread. Sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Place on baking sheet.
BROIL, 6 inches from heat, 1 min. or until cheese is melted. Cut into 24 slices. Serve warm.
This is great with mixed drinks or beer when you are sitting around watching football this winter.
BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm. This recipe makes 16. I usually
figure each person is going to have at least 2 if not more.
