1/2 cup raisins
1 tablespoon brandy (optional)
2 (8oz) packages of cream cheese
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tablespoon vanilla
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Remove cream cheese for the frig to soften at room temperature. Soak raisins in
brandy for 15 minutes or a tablespoon of warm water if you don't have brandy.
In separate bowl, beat cream cheese and whipping cream until well blended.
Add vanilla. Blend in brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix in raisins and chocolate chips.
Chill for 1 hour covered and then serve with strawberries, apple slices and
shortbread or sugar cookies for dipping.
