1 8oz package cream cheese
1 can of good quaility (10.5 size) Chili without beans
1/2 cup shreadded Cheddar Cheese
2 tablespoon chopped cilantro (optional)
Spread softened cream cheese onto bottom of microwavable pie plate; top with
chili and cheddar cheese.
Microwave on High 45 seconds to 1 minute or until cheddar cheese is melted.
Sprinle with cilantro
Serve with assorted crackers or chips
