1 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups pecan halves
Combine sugar, water, cinnamon and nutmeg and boil to a hard ball stage. Remove from
heat; add vanilla.
Stir pecans into sugar mixture until pecans are well coated. Put out on waxed paper;
break up into individual
pecans or clusters.
