1 package brownie mix with syrup pouch
2 eggs
1 1/2 C. uncooked oats -- regular or quick
1 C. walnuts or pecans -- chopped, optional
Directions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheets. Prepare brownie mix
as directed on package using the 2 eggs. Mix all ingredients until well
blended. Cover and let stand 30 min. for oats to absorb liquid. Drop by
rounded Tbs. 1 1/2" apart on cookie sheets. Bake 10-12 min. until tops look
cracked and satiny. Remove with spatula to a wire rack to cool.
