RECIPE SUPPLIED BY ROYOSFAN AND POSTED WITH PERMISSION

3 cups (18 ounces) semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (14-ounce can EAGLE BRAND Sweetened Condensed Milk (NOT Evaporated milk)
dash of salt - that is like a little pinch
1/2 to 1 cup chopped nuts (optional - I always make one batch with nuts and one without)
1 & 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
In a heavy saucepan, or a double boiler, over low heat, melt chocolate chips with Condensed
Milk and salt. Temove from heat; stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread evenly into a waxed-paper
lined 8 or 9-inch square pan.
Chill at least 2 hours or until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board; peel off paper, and cut
into small squares. Store covered in refrigerator.
