2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
1 yellow cake mix
2 cups apricot preserves
2 sticks of butter, melted
Butter 9x13 pan. Pour in pinapple. Spread apricots over pineapple and sprinkle
cake mix over this. Then drizzle melted butter on top of dry cake mix.
Bake at 350 degress for 45 minutes. Cut or spoon and serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
NOTE: Very quick and easy, and a great way to start children on the road to cooking.
