View Full Version : BARBEQUE CHICKEN & RICE DINNER

2 Tbsp. oil
4 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb.)
2 cups water
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
3/4 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
2 cups MINUTE Brown Rice, uncooked
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cover.
Cook 4 minutes on each side or until cooked through. Remove chicken from skillet.
ADD water, corn and barbecue sauce to skillet; stir. Bring to boil.
NOTE: You can use white rice if you prefer.
STIR in rice. Top with chicken; cover. Cook on low heat 5 minutes.
Serve with additional barbecue sauce, if desired.
