THIS RECIPE IS FROM MY FRIEND AND FELLOW ASTRO BUDDY AKAASRO22. IT IS REALLY GOOD!
6 Pounds of 1/4 sliced top sirloin steak (trim fat off meat).
1/2 dozen eggs (beat eggs thoroughly) used just to coat meat.
4 cups Romano cheese
2 cups Parmesean cheese
1 container of bread crumbs (might need a little more)
1/2 cup garlic salt or powder
1/4 cup black pepper
COMBINE THESE INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE BOWL
In a large skillet heat oil on medium-high
Dip steak in eggs and then generously coat them in ingredients.
Cook to desired tendernous (not too long).
Remove cutlet from skillet and place on paper towels to dry (you may want to pat top of cutlet also)
and let stand for 5 minutes.
****These cutlets are also great for leftovers and are awesome cold.
People also love to throw them on hoagies or eat them as a meal w/potato salad and baked beans.
Easy to cook. These are simple ingredients and the instructions are just as simple.
