1 (8oz) Pere Brie or Camermbert Cheese
1/2 cup Cramberry Celebration***
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 sheet puff pastry from freezer section
1 egg, beaten
Slice beir in half horizontally. Spread Cranberry Celembration over bottom half. Sprinkle chopped pecans over top of cranberry Celebration. Place other half of Brie on top. Wrap with puff pastry sheet. Brush with beaten egg. Bake in 400 degree oven for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool 1/2 hour before slicing. Serve with your favorite deli crackers. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
*** Cranberry Celebration can be found in the Deli Department of most stores. Or if you can't find it, you can use Rasberry Preserves from the jam and jelly isle.
