Wash sweet potatoes and wrapped in double foil. Place on baking
sheet so potatoes don't leak in your oven.
Bake in oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours on 350 degrees until soft.
Serve with a little butter and a few drops of honey to taste.
This is a very healthy way to eat potatoes and it goes with anything, even steak.
