I (16 oz) Little Smokies
1 lb bacon
1 cup or as need of brown sugar

Cut bacon in 3rds across. Wrap each sausage with 1 piece of the bacon. Put brown sugar in a bowl or vessel of your choice and roll the sausages around. You can either bake right away or do as I do and let sit covered in sugar in the frig. overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 to 30 minutes until bacon is crisp on broiler pan so grease and excess brown sugar will drip though. You can put the sausages on a screwer if you like. Stick in toothpicks to serve and ENJOY. Serve hot for best results.

You can serve these with a barbeque sauce if you wish. These will be good any time, but GREAT on Christmas Eve, New Years Eve or for a Super Bowl Party.
