RECIPE POSTED WITH PERMISSION OF ROYOSFAN
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
1/2 Cup Flour
One cup sugar
3 Tablespoons cocoa
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1/2 Teaspoon salt
6 Tablespoons of cooking oil
1 Tablespoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla
1 cup cold water
Place flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda, salt into a sifter and sift into a 8"x8" square
UNGREASED baking pan. Make a hole in the middle of the dry ingredients.
Place in the hole the cooking oil, vinegar, and vanilla.
Pour the one cup of cold water over all of this and mix up with a fork until smooth.
Bake for about 25 minutes. Moist enough to not need frosting.
Yummy with a big 'ole scoop of vanilla ice cream.
