1 pound pork sausage, cooked and drained
3 cups biscuit mix
1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated
1 clove garlic, minced or jar garlic
1/2 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon dried crushed rosemary or parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Shape into one half inch balls
and place on a greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

Hi Granny,

These sound good! I use to have something similar at Wunsche Bros. Cafe in Old Town Spring north of Houston. You may have heard of the place. I remember that theirs had sauerkraut in them. Being of Czech decent, a liking of sauerkraut, is in my genetic code.

I think I have a recipe somewhere for the ones you mentioned. Let me look and if so I will post them for you.

I have no less than 5000 recipes in my collection. I just have to remember where to find them all.
