1 green pepper (bell pepper)
1 onion
1 stalk celery
4 tomatoes
2 cups cooked peeled shrimp
2 tablespoon better and margarine
salt and pepper
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 dashes of hot sauce
2-3 cups of cooked boiled rice
Cut pepper in half and seed and remove membrane. Slice pepper in strips
Peel the onion and chop finely. Cut celery into small slices. Peel and chop tomatoes
Saute the shrimp in the butter or margarine for 2 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add vegetables and saute for 10 minutes
add stock and hot pepper sauce and cook for another 10 minutes
Serve on top of cooked rice
