Back over 20 years ago my husband ate SWEET CORN TAMALES while hunting on the King Ranch. Later he wished for the recipe but could never locate the ranch hand who's wife cooked them for the hunters. If any of you know of a recipe I can adapt please let me know. The recipe had no meat and was not as sweet as a dessert but as sweet what people call sweet cornbread.
