This cake is wonderful and so moist. If you can make it one night and not serve it until the next day it will be even better.

I yellow cake mix with ingredients that is called for on cake mix
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
1 large can crushed pineapple with juice
1 large can of mandarin orange with juice
small cool whip or other whipped topping

Mix cake as directed except use mandarin orange juice instead of water. Discard any juice left over after you have mixed amount needed for cake. Fold in oranges but do not beat with mixer or it will tear the oranges all to pieces. Bake the cake as directed.

Cool cake.

When completely cool mix the pineapple with juice with the pudding mix. Let sit for 5 minutes. Fold in thawed cool whip and then ice cake with mixture. You can open small can of oranges if you please and place them on top of cake as decorations and added flavor. Cover Cake. Refrigeratate cake for several hours or overnight to make more moist and to meld flavors.
